Yeah, it's a matter of discipline, I think. Corrales just has it. Don't be surprised to see Corrales weigh more come fight time, just like last time.
Any doubt now that Castillo should not be fighting at 135???

Anyways.
Even if Corrales pulls out of this fight, Castillo should move to 140 and carry out the fight with Cotto....then stay at 140

It's nice to hide behind a screen and call people all kinds of names. I won't lower myself to respond to your classless remarks fired at me. To see that you called Castillo a ***** is a clue to what goes on inside your head. I have my opinion the same as everyone else does. Of course Castillo is going to try for the third fight because it's easy money. Corrales is the one who jumped up and ranted and raved that the rematch had to happen. Anyway, I doubt anything anyone says will make a dent on the way you see things. Neanderthal.Originally posted by dansweeneyyour a dumb sack of ****. nobody put a gun to castillo's head to take the fight, he wanted it. he is a ***** and a classless ***got for not trying to make weight. wbc only weighed him once a week, he was 139 last week, he must have done nothing all week. for you to spin this to make him look good is ****** at best and nuthugging at the worst. idiotComment

think about it tho, in trying to make 135,castillo barely made 140.I think hes going to have trouble staying at 140 very long.Originally posted by RunWithKnivesAnyways.

It's obvious he can't make 135.Originally posted by Mech.think about it tho, in trying to make 135,castillo barely made 140.I think hes going to have trouble staying at 140 very long.
He should move up and try and make 140. In the second fight, he was about 3 pounds over at 138 and this time he was at 139 1/2.
He would be right where he wants to be at the 140 limit.

How is Castillo cheating?Originally posted by ParodyAfter I read your username I knew you would say something like this to back up your fighter.
Who's fault is it that Castillo cant make weight? Thats right his own, If he could'nt make weight he should fight in another division, like light welterweight, why pick on guys smaller than him, cheated in the second fight and now cheating again, fine its not his fault, then why waste peoples money? I mean dude think about the tickets that have been sold for this fight and all the hype, think about the boxing fans that were excited to see a trilogy of Fight of the year 2005, to clear all the controversy in the first and second fight, and now we found out Castillo is 5 pounds heavier, last time he was 3 pounds this time 5, i mean its a shame. Again if someones at fault for the weight its Castillo himself, he should have though about it in the first place, and should have done something about it 1 week before the fight, not at the last moment.
My whole point was that he hasn't been able to make weight because HE CAN'T.
It was physically impossible then, it's impossible now. Period. That's what i'm saying.
They weighed him all the way down the line, monitored him every which way and he still can't make it. That doesn't say that he's a cheating bastard, that says that his body will not accept him going to 135. Of course he's going to try because of the money involved.
I like Castillo, but I don't hold bias towards him. He's a great fighter whom the facts get twisted about all the time and he gets no credit, that's what I speak out about.Comment

I like Castillo but this is wrong because he's not even close and that means that Corrales is drained far more. With the history of their fight's if he coulden't make it then they should have worked something out that's nobody else's fault.Comment
