I genuinely hope you nor any of your loved ones ever suffer from mental illness or depression. If you or they ever did you would understand how idiotic and crass that comment is.

My girlfriend and mother of my children suffers from clinical depression, a chemical imbalance in her brain that can render her ridiculously miserable and in tears all day for no rational reason, she'll forever be dependant on her anti depressant meds and she lives her life day to day teetering from ecstatic highs to crashing lows, it's no ***ing joke mate.

Yeah, the act of kindness and reaching out was nice of him. Shows good character.

Talking to him about those problems probably not a good idea and better left off to the professionals. But a very kind gesture on Fury's part nonetheless.
