    He said this last week.

so what's the fking point of it then!...they are supposed to endure pain in the ring!..not trying to lose weight, which is not adhered to anyway!...the weight the next day is all water and carbs!!...

but i still say it is crap, and it is a corrupt idea of having ppl weigh this much today and only be so much more tomorrow on fight day!...

....Not all that surprised with this development. What are the early predictions on this fight coming off or not now? What is the Corrales camp saying at this point?

ya Castillo was being monitored very closely, it is almost impossible that they did not see this coming. Hence why i think this is all a set up to throw Corrales off a bit.

I dont see how Castillo could have been so careless to make weight on perhaps the biggest fight of his career.

....With the supposed huge penalties in the Castillo contract it looks like Corrales should go ahead with the fight. He gets 25% of Castillo's purse if he fights him as is.

                THIS JUST IN

The fight WILL GO ON. It will not be a World Title Fight, and Castillo will take a big hit in the wallet.

its funny me and myu old man have this same discussion each and every weekend

he drives in from san antonio just to watch fights with me on the weekends and always says

"i think making weight is ******, i thinkn they should make higher limits for each class"

its part of the game, u train hard to make the weight limit- break your body down and then withstand all that punishment the following day with 24hrs to recuperate

it's a tought sport- thats why we all love it

its your body's weight without water except for when your smaller and moving up

then its a whole different set of possible problems

                      NOPE.

Castillo has a few hrs to lose a few more, and the fight will go on. Bob Arum was real pissed. Thats all for now.
