My read on this is people are interested enough to stream it, but not ****** enough to buy it. Don't think it does anywhere near 5 million buys. Just an opinion.

Ufc cracks down on ppv streams they will lag and be shut down quickly. Domt forget the fight will be shown in movie thesters for 40 bucks a ticket. Those will count as a single ppv buy as well

The fight financial will do at least 1.5 billion dollars total, i heard its like 100 dollars ppv in uk at well.

          40 Bucks per ticket? FOH!!!

Anyone that pays 40 bucks for a movie ticket deserve to be ripped off.

Has pacquiao even did a ppv over 1 million buys?

His fight with hatton was 800k
            With oscar 900k
            With cotto 850k
            With clottey 750k
            With margarito 650k
With marquez around 750 and 850k
With bradly 825k and the rematch was 500k, and the third was 325k
Cotto did 1M+, the 3 Marquez fights did 1M+, Mosley did 1M+, Oscar obviously did 1M+.

I don't buy that buildup is necessarily needed to get big numbers. Although if one feels they are I think the build up of a MMA guy vs a boxer has been built up for years plus this fight has been talked about for about 2 years now.

While promoting his fight against Chad Mendes at UFC 189, McGregor stoppped the "Conan O'Brien Show" to talk all things fighting. McGregor was asked if he would ever think about taking on Mayweather in a boxing match, and the answer was a resounding, "Duh!"

"If you’re asking would I like to fight Floyd Mayweather — I mean, who would not like to dance around the ring for $180 million?" McGregor said

People keep talking about MMA/UFC guys driving the PPV buys, but this fight is reaching mfers that don't know a superman punch from a jab & I'd bet still don't know if this fight is taking place in a cage or a ring. The sports fans & not even sports fans who are going to buy this PPV is off the mfing charts.

Those ppv you are watching are ppv in usa, not uk, that is why you can find a ufc stream thst doesnt lag someone in the uk is streaming from their tv, streamers who purchase the ppv only usually gets shut down quickly or they lag.

Why dont you order ppv are you poor?

Im poor and i still order ppv. Wtf is a smart stream?

Fight week they will hype it up to astronomical proportions, because dana white is the king of hype he likes making the casuals believe things and buy into hype, he made conor a star and ronda.

There is no way this fight fails on ppv, celebs, casuals who are trendy and followers will buy it because its popular and talked about.

The fight will do at least 5.5 milllion ppv buys, i see it doing at most 8.5 million buys.

There is no way this fight doesnt break the record, look at all the prefight promotions and hype, compare that to the little promotion they did for may vs pacquiao, and that fight did 4.6 million buys. This fight will easily break that record no question and no doubt at all, its already 100 percent fact that it will break the record.

Some clowns saying the fight is going to fail lmao, just stop there is 300 million people in america and many of them are casuals and casuals are the demographic that drives the ppv market records, not hardcores. The fight is a joke spectacle but casuals eat this freakshow stuff up out of curiosity.
Let's see your betslip where you bet your life savings that it will beat the May/Pac record as you said it is 100% fact this will happen.
