Comments Thread For: Froch: Klitschko Did Not Tarnish Legacy Like Roy Jones Jr. Did

A dominant figure in the heavyweight division throughout the 21st century, Klitschko tasted defeat in a mammoth battle against Joshua at Wembley Stadium in April and, while an anticipated rematch looked set to take place in Las Vegas later this year, the Ukrainian star called it quits with a record of 64 wins and five defeats.

klitschkos legacy is already tarnished. nonstop clincher is how he will go down and with a pretty sh-it resume to boot. roy jones can get knocked out 100 times and he still accomplished 10 times more than klitschko and in legal fashion. when he committed fouls he was penalized for it like against griffin. when wlad did it the refs looked the other way ward style. frauds should not be praised!!!

For me personally I will always remember Roy Jones for what he was not what he has become. His legacy remains intact for me but maybe his physical health is worse off

In a way, he actually went out on a high note. He was known for safety-first, holding and stalling the action. But, now we carry a different picture of him because of his gutsy performance vs Joshua.

Ross Purrity tarnished Vlad's "legacy"...and that pro golfer that kicked his ass.

RJJ never lost in his prime.
