B1tch shut your stupid ass up.

Jacobs won the fight because he won rounds 1-3, 7-12. Clear and simple. Just look at any rbr thread. Bump the boxingscene rbr thread with 90% GG fans and they'll even tell you Jacobs won.

Stop mentioning lying ass Compubox. Jacobs outlanded GGG especially in jabs. If you let Compubox tell it, Ward never landed a punch in the 2nd round of the first fight and only landed 10 body punches the the final round of the rematch I think they even said Ward landed 4 punches in the 7th round of the rematch. You'd have to be a damn fool to believe Compubox as truth. But then again you are a damn fool so it makes sense.

Azteca, Sky Sports and just about every notable round by round thread had Jacobs winning.

Even the crowd at MSG had Jacob's winning. Just listen to them during the fight. They were a pro GGG crowd and were quiet and shook when the scorecards were announced.

You know it's bad, when HBO gives their fighter the victory over a Showtime fighter by 1 point. That's how you know he lost

I saw jacobs backing away getting beat up and dropped. He landed punches but their don't seem to be effective punching

Ward-GGG is pointless now. GGG isn't gonna beat Ward at 175. Ward would probably be drained at 168.

Whitaker, Mayweather, Leonard, Pep, etc backed away their whole career.

Backing away has nothing to do with whether you won a fight or not and is not grounds for judging a winner. A winner is judged on a case by case basis.

If getting knocked down meant you should lose a fight then Wlad would've lost to Sam Peter. Wlad was dropped like 4 times in that fight. How did he win? Because there's12 rounds in a championship fight and if you win more rounds than your opponent you can make up for a knockdown. That's common knowledge

Jacobs won rounds 1-3 and 7-12. Jacobs won the fight despite the knockdown. Period

Connor isn't going to get past Mayweather. So this is pointless. If by some miracle he beats Mayweather yeah it would be a lucrative fight. The odds of him beating Mayweather are slim and none and I'm sure you know the punchline to that old saying..

Not really. Whittiker and Pep that was their style. Jacobs isn't primarily that kind of fighter. He was backing up because he had to. Golovkin was forcing him to back up. Another thing Pep and Whittiker used their movement to land more punches than their opponents and to deliver clean punches. Jacobs didn't land more than Golovkin and he didn't fight his fight. He got knocked down. It all added up to a lose. By the way Leonard wasn't primarily a mover like Mayweather Pep and Whittaker. He could move if he had to as well as anybody out there.

Is that why Jacobs was backing up against Sergio Mora, Truax, Fletcher, Lorenzo, Peter Quillin, Pirog and quite a few other fighters?

Do I need to post the fight videos showing Jacobs backing up against these guys? He even backed up against Ishe Smith

The big bad Mora made Jacobs back up? No that's just his style.

And yes Jacobs did land more punches. Just because compubox said Ward landed 4 punches in the 7th round, 10 body shots in the final round in the rematch with Kovalev and Jacobs didn't outland GGG, doesn't make it fact.
