    But hey let Callum Smith and Eddie Hearn lie to the public telling everyoneone that this tournament justified the fact that Callum withdrew from his opportunity to fight for the WBC 168 title.
    So basically you made it up?

    Cool.

      I'm going to love your reaction if Benavidez fights Callum Smith -- I'm sure it will be in the UK of course. I got a feeling you are going to say Benavidez wins but deep down inside you want Callum to rob him hehehehe.

          No way the winner gunna fight Benavidez, Degale unification at the end of the tournament will be waiting for the winner on PPV. Benavidez and Ramirez gunna be left to rot over your side of the pond. They shouldn't have ducked the tournament

              That never happened though, same as vice-versa. You didn't want to see Benavidez in the tournament? Give no one a place to hide from your boogieman. Yeah the tournament aint great at 168, at least in the 1st round, but at least theyre putting it on the line. Benavidez had his chance, now hes gunna get the repercussions.

              168 is Matchroom and Sauerland, European dominated, all the money fights are between those 2. Whilst Benavidez has Haymon pluck obscure PBC Supermiddleweights for him to fight on someone elses undercard

                Are you not aware that Benavidez is/was scheduled to fight a top ten opponent in Anthony Dirrel for the elite belt ( WBC ) so what need did Benavidez or Dirrell had in joining this tournament? and lets say Benavidez wanted to join but Dirrell did not, this would force David to walk away from his opportunity at the real belt yet you expect him to fight for the fake belt that is rewarded to the winner of this tournament ( WBC Diamond belt) ;

                then as a promoter you have to consider the risk of a top fighter withdrawing ( Like Smith just did vs. Dirrell) and where would that leave Benavidez? with the 'Mohammed Ali' Trophy whoop-de-doo! did this not happen in the 'Super-Six'?
