The law says if you're "too drunk" to consent, despite alcohol being called "beer goggles" for a reason and despite evidence that women are more "loose" when drunk, it's ****. It doesn't matter that the woman CHOSE to drink to excess.

In this situation, she WAS drunk. The only thing that saved this guy was a video showing she wasn't incapacitated while drunk. So technically, he still broke the law but the judge saw that the law in this case couldn't be applied when the female is the aggressor even while drunk.

It's a broken law situation. **** should simply talk about a forced event where physical violence is involved. Not college chicks who drink to fit in and regret it later and yell ****. Half the cases in 'Murica are false positives. If you want to charge people for Drinking to Excess With Sexual Intents and slap a fine on them, that's cool.

If you weren't hip to that **** before you hit the streets blame your pops bubba. My father told me way the hell back in the day if a chick is ****ed up don't hit that **** it leads to trouble. This is true. I met a BEAUTIFUL little Italian honey years ago that wouldn't give it to me unless I straight up took it. I'm not talking where she "kind of resists", I mean that she would straight up STOP me when I tried to get her pants unbuttoned. But she kept telling me over and over, "if you want it you have to take it".

I couldn't do it. I never got to get any of that, cuz a straight up NO means no to me.

more then a few dudes in the pen with that same mentality. Trust me if your smart and back off, the door you open won't be to a jail cell. Sometimes it takes a few tries to coach a freak out of a closet. Other times its best to pick up and walk away. One thing I know for sure. The damage you do with that one decision can scar someone for life. I was with a chick that was a survivor. Its not the easiest thing to deal with. I know people put themselves in compromising positions but that doesn't give anyone the right ignore someone else's compliance or non compliance once the game is afoot if you catch my meaning.
