British heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte (20-1, 15 KOs) is gearing up for his American debut, which he's going to make on August 19th on the Terence Crawford vs. Julius Indongo undercard in Nebraska. As BoxingScene.com first reported, Whyte is going to face veteran Malcolm Tann - after original opponent Michael Grant was pulled from the contest due to cries of the contest being a dangerous mismatch.

Wilder won't risk losing to Whyte. He'd rather wait and try to go for an all-or-nothing match with AJ....maybe. Or maybe he's content to fight bums and talk trash about wanting a big fight to unify, without ever actually doing it.

More like Eddie Hearn wont risk putting in Whyte with a Monsour or Jennnings. Lets do a eight rounder vs. who? this is a sparring session - I cant remember the last time a suppose contender in the top ten did something this disgraceful.

It is kind of funny that he was willing to fight Grant. I didn't even know that old bum was still fighting. A lot of people in this sport, Wilder included, are being very careful with whom they fight. They don't want to risk getting knocked back down the ladder with a loss.

Well I dont know if you keep up with the HW division but its a known fact Wilder offered Hughie a shot but he not only turned down Wilder but also Joshua, then Deontay wanted Parker when Hughie was injured and offered him the unification on short notice ; this despite Parker already having a training camp and Wilder was not in the best shape.

Lastly recently Wilder was in talks with Ortiz who has called him a coward but suddenly that Klitschko retired Ortiz now appears to want to wait on Joshua....so basically the Bombsquad can provide sources substantiating Wilders efforts on trying to fight the best but haters stay hating.
