  • Is connor past his prime?

I'd say the Aldo fight was his prime which was 2015. He struggled with Nate and didn't look his best against Eddie. The fight with Floyd would've been more competitive 2 years ago.

His prime went away with the 2 beatings he got from Diaz ... Simple... Tap-tap-tap ...

Well in fairness he didn't want Manny when he was still prime. He also avoided ggg for berto

He's been in several wars in a much tougher sport where serious injuries can occur at any time. At 29 Connor is past his best but that's probably why Floyd wants the fight now.

Tougher sport? I don't think so. More prone to brain trauma in boxing than MMA, 70% of which is submissions and ground game. Also, 15 minutes to a boxer is nothing.
