I think it will be a close one. If it's a close 12 rounder then it's Pacmans fight. Horn will have to fight better than he previously did to win this one. Also Pacman will respect Horn a hell of a lot more. I'm predicting a close 12 rounds with Pacman getting the decision. In Australia it is considered bad sportsmanship to boo or put down an opponen when they have won eg.Fend h vs Nelson. So if pac wins then he wins no whinging

Horn was enrolled in the VADA CBP before the Pacquiao fight, which isn't great but is a deterrent. Pacquiao wasn't.

First off, Horn didn't win the first fight in my opinion, and that of 99% of the media. With that said, Pac is gonna eff Horny Boi up this time. I think Pac will be much more focused and thorough this time around.
