Fight GGG for free like GGG offered to do to get his first middleewight title, but was refused because that's how much guys feared him they wouldnt even fight him for free, and Jermall can get the fight. He can probably even get it if he takes 1 mil or less which is still very good money. It's only if he asks for more than hes worth that he needs to make other fights first so he can be worth that amount in negotiations.
