Pacquaio had trouble beating Marquez who has good boxing skills just not the skills of Lomachenko. Pacquaio wasn't on steroids either at 130 so I pick Lomachenko. Give Lomachenko steroids and he too can capture a title up to 150 pounds as Pacquaio did. This is no hating either I routed for Pacquaio in many fights.
