How are these clowns bragging about what they would do to an MMA fighter with no professional boxing fights to their record? That is like Adrian Peterson bragging that he is going to plow through a high school team's defensive line. Sad.

You seem to be proud of your hand speed, so post a video of you on the speedbag if you can. You can keep your face out of it.

Cool. That's not bad at all, as you seem to have decent hand speed. I always hit the bag on the rebound. Seems like most boxers do it that way too. I got very good with the rebound method, so I never practiced it the other way, but I'm sure both are valid and used.

Hitting it on the rebound, I often enjoyed firing my shots off from my fists near home position.

Or once in a while Id pull a RJJ, and while I had it going with one hand, have the other behind my back, and fire it around and keep the bag going.

The speedbag can be a lot of fun and a good workout.
