If Gatti is a first ballot hall of famer, no reason why Tim Bradley should "sneak in" Bradley is better than Gatti ever was and accomplished more. Letting Gatti in as they did lowered the bar and it'll be hard to argue that certain fighters shouldn't get it if their careers are compared to his.

Sometimes it's not always about the better fighter. If that was the case only boxers would be in... Gatti put fans in their seats, Warrior mentality. Gave it ALL he had and then some.

Gatti was way more popular!!! If you had to choses between only watching a Bradley fight or a Gatti fight...MOST would pick Gatti.

Honestly It depends which Tim Bradley shows up to fight a prime Gatti. The SUPREME boxer with zero power but makes you look ****** like against JMM or the BRAWLER I want to KO you soo badly like vs. Pac 3 or Provo.

I would take TB all by Decision in the 1st scenario.

2nd one Gatti who LOVES war probably more then Provo. and is better then him also.

Gatti was definitely fun to watch and definitely brought a different kind of fan base, but I personally don't think that skill wise or accomplishment wise he should've gotten in. Especially shorter than the normal 5 yr time frame. He was never a top pound for pound guy. During his prime Gatti lost to ángel manfredy and Ivan Robinson twice. As fun as his fights were vs ward, the top fighters of that generation in that weight class wouldn't have lost to ward. I couldn't picture Bradley losing to any of the guys mentioned above. I think he was a sentimental pick to get into the hall but being a first ballot hall of famer was a stretch in my opinion.

Your right! And again 9/10 Bradley would win EASILY but if he went to WAR and went FULL Rtard like he sometimes does. He probably would lose. I can't see Pillow fists TKO'ing Gatti??? It might get stopped with the bleeding by headbutts from Bradley lol though.

Interesting on the Wlad/Vitali who was better question. I agree I think Vitali was the better fighter but Wlad acheived more. Esp considering Vitali's two losses were on cuts against Lewis (when up on points) and a retirement due to a shoulder injury against Byrd.

Love the daily mail posts. I too have always reconized that ped testing in boxing is a farce and distraction piece. Not sure why so many ppl believe in it, it seems obvious if you read and listen to ppl on both sides talk about it. Most fighters easily snake out of getting caught.
