Paulie Malignaggi vs Conor McGregor at Barclays in the near future.

This fight actually makes sense. After the Notorious gets destroyed by Floyd Jr. in Vegas, he will call Paulie out to fight at the Notorious BIG and Paulie's hometown of Brooklyn.

LOL, but sh^t who knows nowadays whats gonna happen. Personally I'd think there isn't enough money in it. If anything I suspect Conor would fight a non-TR affiliated anymore Manny. If TR & Manny re-up then I suspect Dana wouldn't wanna deal with Bob.

But I think thats the caliber of fight Conor would wanna eff with. A legend. I'd even speculate Sugar Shane could make sense. Someone with more of a PPV past. Cotto is probably still too fresh. Canelo is for sure too fresh, although if Conor were to beat Floyd then maybe Canelo vs Conor would be the next biggest fight of all time idk.

If he beats Floyd he will never fight another boxing match again.

Really he's 1-0 with his lone victory over a top 20 boxer of all-time. I'd never step foot in a ring again, lol.

But back to Paulie, why would those other guys even think about fighting Conor they have no history.

I'd bet against that. Too much money for him to make with a rematch or vs other guys. MMA don't pay as well & even if he wins his paydays aren't going up THAT much.

Money. If Conor decides he wants to fight Shane Mosley out of the blue you think Shane would turn it down? Probably be his best payday in years & maybe not his biggest payday, but surely among his best paydays.

There's money in it. Casuals care more about a story than a fight. I would figure him vs Canelo would make more sense. Of course he's gonna get KTFO but Canelo is a big name. And people actually believe in his chances vs Mayweather.

The sad part is the Conor-Paulie sparring sessions will never see the light of day

If Mayweather destroys Conor the Conor's star power as a boxer is history. Conor vs washed up powder puff puncher Paulie would not make enough money for anyone to bother making the fight. If by some miracle he beats Mayweather then Conor could make another fortune against another good boxer that won't happen.
