Comments Thread For: Joshua's Promoter: The Plan is Pulev, Then Ortiz, Then Wilder

IBF, WBA, IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (19-0, 19 KOs) has a huge target on his back, and the other fighters in his weight class are all ready to take their shot. Joshua was expected to have a rematch with Wladimir Klitschko in the fall. Those plans fell through when Klitschko announced his retirement from the sport on Thursday.

By the looks of it, he picked Faryal Poppadom instead.

DUCKING Wilder. Disgusting low life partner stealing scum. If I come across him, I will challenge him to spar. I dont care if Im 5'7 160 , I am sure I can KO him.

People want to say that Wilder was just bluffing. Well then, Joshua should had called his bluff then. No one really cares about those other guys. Very weak on Joshua's part.

After khan fights mayweather then pac...he will tune up against ward and call out joshua for a summer 2019 showdown. Plenty of time for Josh to fight these other bums while hes waiting .

Respectable names, Ortiz especially is a threat.

Wilder will have to hope he doesn't face a real challenge for at least 12 months so he can collect the big ppv check. I'm guessing he fights mando Stiverne and then Martin. I don't see Breazelae (similar to Whyte in risk) getting a shot. Miller and Konwacki can forget it also.

Well hopefully Stiverne goes away and Wilder fights Ortiz so that could setup Joshua-Wilder if they win their next fights.
