According to WBO super featherweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko (8-1, 6 KOs), he has no problem with moving up in weight for a showdown with Mikey Garcia (37-0, 30 KOs), who currently holds the WBC lightweight title. Last Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Garcia moved up to the junior welterweight division and dominated Adrien Broner in a Showtime televised main event. To Lomachencko: You need to tell bob arum (your boss) that you want this fight & for him to get off his old a** & do his JOB to promote this fight but we prefer the Rigo fight 1st though.

I am Loma´s countryman but I am critical over his last 2 opponents Sosa and Marriaga. Loma needs definitely 1-2 bouts at 135 against top opponents like Flanagan and Linares before being ready to fight Garcia. Keep in mind Garcia is more powerful at 135 and he can beat Loma.

I can respect that. I like Loma a lot also. But fighting Marriaga who just got soundly beaten every round and destroyed by Walters??? This fight is a joke to just show us how good Loma is. This is gonna be a Chavez/Canelo type gym session.
