Comments Thread For: Joshua: Fury's Stock Didn't Rise From Klitschko Win, It Was Boring

IBF, WBA, IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (19-0, 19 KOs) has reflected on his big win over Wladimir Klitschko from April. It was Joshua's career-defining win, as he unified the three titles before a crowd of 90,000 at Wembley in London.

Yeah it didn't rise like it should have

1 reason was because Tyson kept shooting himself in the foot after and a second reason is he's not a corporate Wh.ore with Eddie HEARN the biggest promoter in the UK acting like Joshua is the greatest fighter to ever lace them up and the ******ed public eating it up like mindless minions

Was Klit / Joshua more exciting f.uck yeah

But Tysons win should be held in higher regard, He was the 1 to end the Champs reign in a near shut out in enemy territory. Joshua fought him a year and half later and Klit hadn't fought since the L to Tyson and was already battling constant injuries

It wasn't an exciting fight but he looked more convincing than Joshua did. Klitschko couldn't get near Fury and Fury ended the reign.

The only reason Joshua got that IBF belt was because Fury got stripped.

Only way this is true is if people forget how Fury was rated before the Wlad fight. Many people gave him no chance to win and basically saw him as a goofy clown of a boxer.

After Wlad he was unquestionably the best HW in the world.

Whats happened since is entirely on Fury though with the weight gain and drug issues

It didn't raise his stock, but it wasn't a boring fight. Also, who wrote this article? No name. Obviously, an anonymous Wilder fan.

LOL Anthony Joshua getting them butterflies now he gotta fight proper fighters in Pulev or Ortiz or Wilder.
They won't be taking a DIVE. These 3 will crack his glass jaw into next week.

Will he do a Rid**** Bowe and dump some or all the belts???? We will soon find out hehehe lol.

AJ got Fury on his mind.

I see them both as the winners of this new ERA, they beat a HOF and arguably an ATG.

It was a boring fight now that I think about it. I haven't had any urges to re watch it. If a fight is good, Id always go back and give it another watch, or download a copy and add it to my collection.

He sang at the end of the fight to his wife! Thats the best highlight of the whole fight/event.
