There is a reason why he started campaigning at 140 lbs. He needs to test the waters at 147 with a tune up bout. Just cause you're moving up in wgt doesn't neccessarily mean that you will perform the same and or be just as good as the prior wgt division. 7 pounds is alot of lbs.
fair enough but i think the cream flocks to the welterweight division. even if hes not quite 100 percent there he needs to fight in that division. to compare to english football, welterweight= the premiership, junior welterweight= the championship.

I think he'll cruise his way to unification. He'll run into some tough fights at welter but probably beat most, if not all. He's legitimately special.

funny you say that..he has actually already moved up from 135..yet you have 1000000 excuses for GGG not moving up 8 pounds

Crawford clears out 147 like he will and has at 140. Horn first, then Vargas, followed by Spence after The Truth beats One-Time.

Their are holes in everyone's game at 147, I see Crawford clearing out two divisions like Andre Ward.

147 is a top division, 168 is a ****ing graveyard.

He does seem to be special, but I'm not sure about how he fares at 147.
