Jacobs is a bonafide MW and Charlo hasnt proved anything at the new weight division. I would have to go with Jacobs at the moment.

Thats a very intriguing match up. I think a clean non roided up Charlo gets mopped up by Jacobs. A roided up Charlo is a much closer matchup.
