Pedraza stopped Farmer and many picked him to win against Davis. imo I think they should take their time let him grow b4 moving him up so fast
IMO it hurts a young boxer's development if he doesn't fight progressively better opponents. I see no need to fight a guy that lost to a guy you beat, but with Salido out I guess its Farmer or Martinez next.

Next boxing superstar...won't even come close!! Already plans to avoid Loma...fame and fortune are in the higher weights....too short for the best at higher weights. Too bad for Tank there is no Morales, Barrera, or Marquez around anymore.

Exactly who is he going to be beat to become the next big star in boxing? If he doesn't fight Rigo or Loma in the next 12-18 months then he is out of the conversation. No one outside of hard core boxing fans know Berchelt even exists. I don't see Frampton or Mares moving up to fight him. Maybe Santa Cruz and Russell Jr. but wins over either of them won't launch you into super stardom. Not so sure he beats Russell Jr.
Rigo/Davis makes the most sense. They have similar records and the fight would be easy to make given Floyd's relationship with them. I won't hold my breath.

I like Tank and hope he continues on the path to stardom. As far as the fights I've seen, my only current critique is that he needs to change his pace. He sits on just about every single shot he throws, and that can be very detrimental if he can't get a guy out of there. Outside of that, I enjoy watching his fights and will tune in every chance I get.
