Crawford won't be fighting Mikey at 140 and he won't be fighting any of the top 147 fighters like Spence, Thurman, Porter, Garcia and so on under Arum. Arum is gonna keep matching him with Top Rank fighters or fighters from small promotional companies. He isn't going to let Crawford or Loma for that matter make more money by fighting on Showtime and Top Rank not being the lead promoter. Crawford will be fighting some soft touch next followed by Jeff Horn.

He fought an over matched Molina and Felix Diaz. For the Diaz fight, in order to make that fight, Arum had to have Diaz give him options if he won, something Dibella was against. We all know very well fights against top Haymon fighters wont happen because of that. Plus there's no way Arum allows Crawford to take more money to fight on Showtime/CBS/Fox for more money with someone else being the lead promoter.

Exactly... Arum would want to run the show and put future options in the contract for Mikey, something Mikey would never sign. Arum also wouldn't allow Crawford to fight on Showtime/CBS/Fox and make more money and him not being in charge of the promotion. ESPN couldn't afford to pay both fighters either. Keep in mind that Crawford vs Postol had to be on PPV and their combined purse was around 2 mil. While Showtime/CBS has had Thurman/Porter, Thurman/Garcia, Broner/Porter, Broner/Garcia, Frampton/LSC and so on and has paid the fighters at least what Arum paid for the PPV.

If broner who was throwing one punch at a time and not very active at all could hit mikey then crawford who is active puncher and can box good and has a mean streak and can throw down and also has a chin will beat garcia. Garcia been down against mediocre competition also, dont want none of crawford. This is just pr stunt since they know as mikey said, that crawford etc arent going to showtime to fight.
