Buffer's got a sh^tton of money cuz of copyrighting "Lets Get Ready to Rumble". Thats allegedly where a nice pile of his money comes from. And I do believe he tends to make $1M-ish for announcer duties these days for the bigger fights so safe to assume he's knocking down 24M+ a a year if he's just doing a couple big fights a month.

i get that buffer has some trade marks but its ****ing ****** to think its worth as much as an entire record company and millions of record sales, millions from concert tours ect.

like i said above, his earnings would NOT be publically available, so unless the guy who wrote this chitty web article has access to leakers from all of these different boxers, who many live in different countries... its basically a made up list

Because theres no obligation for promoters to release details on every fighters earnings and you have no idea if they spent all that money or if they invested it and what they invested it in and what its worth now.

Also, i heard Naseem Hamed might be worth a lot more than stated there, even though it was a lot of money anyway. Apparently he has investments in the oil game and all sorts of things.

These lists are never usually that accurate, like Hamed probably has money all over the place and only a certain amount is being declared.
