I don't think Rigo has much time to mess around becoming a mandatory at 126. He doesn't have the best management himself plus with other contenders possibly pulling out at last minute or getting 'injured' he could be 2 years waiting to be mandatory and another year until a fight gets made and then who's to say that Frampton and LSC don't run up to 130 same way as they ran from 122 to 126 after admitting that Rigo was the guy at 122.
