Love or hate Mikey he fought over the weekend he ain't ducking nobody in the last couple days ffs. Pluse even if he doesn't fight Easter yet I'd argue there are many more names out there that'd get him more attention, respect & enhance his resume more than Easter so there are several better options out there for Mikey that would mean he'd be ducking some better guy to take on Easter at that point.Comment

On paper, Easter vs Mikey is an easier fight to make as both fighters fight on the same network and PBC banner.
The ironic thing here is here's a guy who left TR supposedly to look for greener pasture. Yet he still wants to use TR's resources for his benefit.
It's like Canelo wanting to fight PBC fighters after leaving Showtime.
Somehow fans expect TR to just cave in and make it easy for Garcia to get what he wants despite their acrimonious parting.
If that is the case, why then stop with Garcia?
Why not apply it to other fighters, who have zero grudge on Arum?Comment

I'm talking about the same promotional stable. Bringing it up matters because these are all PBC fighters and making a fight in house is much easier then with Top Rank or Golden Boy top fighters. So why hasn't Charlo done that ducking top guys in PBC instead he rather fight 1 legged bums. Even in house there are bigger and better fights for Mikey then Easter. And Linares is elite because you can't find me a single boxing website that doesn't have him listed as the number 1 135lber and clearly listed ahead of Easter. He's a 3 division world champ, unified at 135. He's "the man" at 135 until somebody knocks him off. If Mikey beats Easter everyone will say who cares Linares is still the best 135lber. If he beats Linares he makes more money and everyone says Mikey proved he is the best at 135. Get the difference clown? Easter is a Bounce fighter who brings nothing to the table and many feel he didn't deserve the W against shafikov. Mikey just embarrassed his boss who is better then him.
