World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman is trying hard to work out a deal that accommodates all of the involved parties in the ongoing tug of war for the WBC heavyweight title. As first reported on BoxingScene.com, WBC heavyweight world champion Deontay Wilder (38-0, 37 KOs) is hoping to have a fall showdown with undefeated contender Luis Ortiz (27-0, 23 KOs). The fight is being targeted for November 4th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn

I think the days of mandatorys taking step aside money are going to be coming to an end.

These guys want there money and there opportunities.

It's going to be tough to sell this rematch unfortunately. No way this is a prime time fight. Showtime would be the best outlet.

If Stiverne missed his drug test for PED's and the WBC considers the missed test as a failed test, then what gives?

Do your job WBC, something should have been said or done about that already.

WBC should have never ordered him as a mandatory to begin with

We need a three man brawl to settle it all.

Wilder whoops Stiverne's behind for the first six rounds, then Ortiz jumps in for rounds 7 - 12.

                  Make Wilder-Ortiz.

Stiverne fights the winner next (on FS1), or the champ is stripped. Settled.
