[PLEASE HELP] HOW POP SHOULDER/knee back into place?

Anyone here have experience. It hurts worse when I try to pop them back. I am dragging my left leg and right arm without control. Thanks for the help.

You still can play with your cock and balls with the left hand...I don't see what the problem is?

A good tug makes everyone feel better. Maybe OP can look at his collection of Conor pics for a more enjoyable experience.

An Irish friend of mine told me to tell you what you can do about your dislocated arm/arms.

So what you want to do is place a heavy object, weights with a barbell or something really heavy on top of your shoulders.

Squat down and have someone flick a cigarette lighter to ignite a fire under your a$$. As soon as you feel the burn you will jump up and the heavy weight on your shoulder/shoulders will pop the
                shoulder/shoulders back in place.

Since you're at the ER, the doctor will probably just swing an aluminum baseball bat against your shoulder/shoulders and home run them back into place for you.
