Broner isn't committed enough to boxing......
Broner doesn't listen to his corner and isn't totally committed to boxing. It's why he won't go with the Mayweathers because he would have to listen and follow instruction and AB wants to do him even if it's to his detriment. He doesn't bring in high quality sparring so at world class level which he is, he falls short vs other world class fighters. He's young and he'll have more opportunities for paydays but will eventually be relegated to just a name on many peoples resume. I wish him the best but you only go so far with a bad attitude and poor character. It's never about where you're at it's about where you should and can be.

How about Tim Bradley or Vic quit Ortiz for Broner or Guerrero
Broner is finished as a top contender and might as well fight fights for cash as Broners career is coming to a fast end. Mixed up crazy wild street thugs like Broner do not have long lives anyway. No loss. Boxing and Society are both better off without trouble Broner the excon. Broner belongs in a cell anyway.

He can still subsist on that sort of opposition because for better or worse his personality draws attention with draws eyes to his fights
If he wants to become truly successful again though, he needs to change his philosophy to the way he approaches fights, if not arguably his whole life. He tries to emulate Mayweather in too many ways, whether it's throwing cash around like it's nothing and getting into drama outside the ring, or trying and failing to imitate Mayweather's strategies and habits in fights. Mayweather spent nearly his whole life learning those, you can't just copy them and expect them to work no matter how talented you are, and this back-foot defensive mindset goes completely against his actual talents, ie. hitting hard and sharp from all angles, and puts him way behind on the scorecards in too many fights.
The thing is, like the article touches on, he seems too blindly arrogant to actually make the changes he needs. Eventually even the casual fans will get clued on to him, and the big money fights are going to dry up. This is probably going to put a lot of pressure on him because despite the fact that he's made a hell of a lot of money this is a guy who literally flushes money down the toilet. Eventually the partying, the fast cars, the women and the lawsuits are going to take their toll on his bank account and he's gonna be broke. He'll end up having a mental breakdown by then, if he doesn't before. He's already said he's considered suicide on social media, and I honestly wouldn't be shocked to find out that he decided to go through with it at some point.
The thing is, it seems like he's never had anyone around him to teach him discipline or common sense, and he hit the big time when he was still pretty much a kid. With a lot of the great fighters of the past who came onto they've had some hardass trainer who's almost like a father figure, whether it's Angelo Dundee, Teddy Atlas, Emmanuel Steward etc. Broner's team all seem almost as childish as him, and they come off as groupies rather than trainers. If Broner's gonna go back to what made him so successful, then he needs a guy like that. He doesn't need to do anything special, just tell him to be more aggressive and to let his hands go and to kick his ass when he doesn't listen or goes off doing ****** BS that gets him in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.
Its the weirdest thing ever. People talk about Broner like he's the one that got away or something. He's a c-d fighter, thats it. Disrespectful and has no class at all. He looked completely defeated in his interview after losing to Garcia, it was funny to see

It's a long list at 147. There's Berto, Collazo, Bundu, Ortiz, Rios, Chaves, Bizier, Lawson, Gavin, Jo Dan, Robinson, etc.
I don't think these are top of the line fighters that he has no chance of winning.
Rios is definitely not only a fight he can win, but one that would attract a lot of fans.
