Performance and ranking wise it has to be Antonio Demarco who ranked #1 and Broner just ripped through him. The only caveat being that LW was a very weak division at the time.
He was in a fight that would could have gone either way against a past prime Malignaggi. I think the Malignaggi of around 2008 or so would have beaten Broner in a wide UD.
