God's sake take this **** seriously and stay in shape year round. It's not hard, you just have to stop going on the p1ss all the time, and work out all year round, not just the 8-10 weeks you have in camp.

There are fitter and better conditioned guys in every gym in the country. What other sport can you say that about?

yeah im a hughie fan, but in general its a disgrace the state of these heavyweight boxers. As you said, theres plenty of people in normal gyms all along the country who are in way better shape without leading a spartan lifestyle. Theres no excuse for it, even in between camps surely they should be doing some exercise, just a generic routine to stay in respectable shape. Not ballooning up ****** amounts so the whole camp consists of getting fit.
