The punch counters don't give a damn who wins. They just count punches thrown and punches landed. They said Pacquiao landed twice as many punches as Horn. Maybe their count wasn't perfect but Pacquiao clearly landed more punches than Horn in almost every round. Pacquiao knocked Horn all over the ring in round 9 and should have been awarded a 2 point round. Hopkins is correct. Pacquiao got robbed plus the ref let Horn fight as dirty a fight as I have ever seen without even a warning. Arum not only liked the robbery, he may have helped make it happen. No honest referee could score that fight for Horn.
