It was worth noting that Broner was not winning either of those fights, let's say Broner was somehow winning when Maidana butted him and broke his jaw.... what do you think he would have done??

Garcia did accept the easy way out, even though it was a doctor that said the fight should be halted. My point is the situations are not the same, Broner had no way out against Maidana and he tried but failed to get him DQ'd also.

I remember Mikey wanted to quit in a fight because he needed to take a shit during the fight. He ate pizza before the fight and that make him wanna crap. The body punches from the opponent didn't help either. I think it was the Remillard fight.

Garcia is mentally fragile, you can tell...kinda like Nonito even when he was undefeated. Mikey might have made a mistake, I don't see his style as sure fire kryptonite for Broner, like I did with Shawn Porter. Just because he probably beat Maidana's ass in the gym doesn't mean he will easily stamp on Broner....he might have done too much triangle calculating...his style is patient and doesn't really make Broner pay for his posing /inactivity/leaky defense like a swarming opponent does, he's gonna let Broner fight at a pace that he likes...he's basically basing his chances on his power keeping Broner very timid and maybe catching him with something big eventually.I have my doubts that he can handle a clean power shot by Broner well.....I would still go with Mikey just because the potential of Broner going super passive is still really high.....maybe he goes for broke in round 12 but the dude isn't hungry enough to put consistent presssure on Mikey if he feels his power.
