Trust me, I wasn't always a Ward fan, but started watching a lot of his training clips, and really love the way he shadow boxes, then started watching back a bunch of his older fights, and started to appreciate how brilliant the guy is in the ring, while not being an uber athlete like Floyd is.

I really try to pattern all my training after him, and I really respect the fact how smart, and skilled he is, while not having the natural physical gifts like a Sugar Ray, or RJJ, and still able to dominate. Also, I think he's the perfect fighter to pattern yourself after, because not everyone has the freakish athleticism of a Floyd, all the Sugars, and an RJJ. Absolutely hte perfect fighter to pattern your style, and training after. He's just a more realistic elite P4P fighter that you can emulate.

Another reminder of how sht this fight was. It should have at least a healthy back and forth, but considering floyd won, the gifs really should be leaning to his side, but instead the highlights are overwhelmingly on pacquiao's side as all floyd did was survive.
