I would say it's Sergey Kovalev but recently he hasn't looked too "bad" or "tough." He used to be one of the most intimidating guys in boxing and was known to be a pretty mean character outside of the ring. But the losses to Andre Ward and his consistent whining about the decisions in both fights have made him look soft in most people's eyes.
