Well, considering Rigo has been "calling out" Lomachenko for like 18 months now only to turn down paydays and bonus incentives that dwarf his highest pay I'd say this isn't surprising.

At this point Rigo is just using Loma's name to get some attention to himself because he has to go to UK and face Jazza ****ens or be stuffed on an undercard of a PPV that nobody will buy.

Tbh i don't think they wanted to give Salido that much. But Egis has no say in this, Arum is in charge. But i do think Rigos team win or lose are looking to cash out here.

In boxing what you can sell is important. Rigo can't sell. 500k should be more than fair.

I agree that IF the 500k offer is only in case he wins, it's bull shiet. But I think there must be some kind of misunderstanding. Boxing purses don't work that way.

And anyway Rigo requesting 50/50 is a big WTF.

I think it's 500k guarantee plus 500k bonus if he wins. Loma with a $1m payday and 500 would go to Rigo if he wins.

So basically $500k each and winner takes the $500k or $1m Loma and $500k Rigo in the event of a draw.

More than fair when you consider Lomachenko is the champ, higher rated, draws better viewing numbers, sells more tickets etc; etc;
