True. One of the problem with him is his sense of urgency in fights. Sometimes he has a tendency to "cruise" or do "just enough" in each round. This is shaping up to be a good match up.

Broner is a 4 division champ and is tougher than Judah.

Judah was a 2 division champion, and was undisputed at welter while broner held a few shady "world titles " like the one he beat Paulie for. All his other titles were for vacant belts Judah also gave prime versions of Floyd and Cotto very tough fights. That's more impressive than going the distance vs maidana and porter while offering only minimal resistance. Nice try defending him tho.

Broner has looked average to awful since fighting above 135. He was only impressive when he was fighting what you would personally refer to as "stumps", although not always as he got a gift against light punching midget blown up featherweight PDL.

And considering how many belts exist today, "4 division champ" isn't necessarily a big deal.

I also think a prime Judah's left uppercut would have Broner doing the drunken crip walk all over the ring.

Garcia is favored because broner is this generations Zab Judah. Super talented but a head case who can't put it together when it matters most. This will look very similar to cotto vs Judah. Broner will have his moments but overall the more dedicated and consistent fighter will win.

Good comparison, Broner hasn't shown himself to be quite as chinny as of this point. But I definitely see what you're saying. If Garcia were to stop Broner then the whole Cotto/Judah thing will look real on point.

I can't picture Broner getting knocked out for whatever reason. He's tough but seemingly trigger-shy, especially in the fights where he lost.

... OK, right... Broner was good at 135, I agree... now he's fighting a smaller 135 champ at 140...

Broner either won't be able to make 140 or he'll be weight drained if makes it. He should stay at 147.
