Comments Thread For: Garcia: I'm Favored Because Broner Is Inconsistent, Not Skills

NEW YORK Consistency. That, Mikey Garcia says, is largely what separates him from Adrien Broner. From a talent perspective, Garcia doesn't think there's all that much that differentiates them. But Garcia has always behaved like a professional and the Oxnard, California, fighter has produced commensurate results on his way to 36-0 and winning world titles in three weight classes.

Garcia is favored because broner is this generations Zab Judah. Super talented but a head case who can't put it together when it matters most. This will look very similar to cotto vs Judah. Broner will have his moments but overall the more dedicated and consistent fighter will win.

Garcia is favored but Broner at 160lbs will win on a decision

Everyone in America is rooting for Mikey Garcia to beat the disrespected horrible behaving hated imp no brains Broner the wild misbehaving street urchin from the sewers of Cincinnati. But Broner will win this scrap on a decision. Bet it. Pudgy puffed up Broner will come into the ring way to big for a well trained trim Mikey.

Broner is a 4 division champ and is tougher than Judah.

          Try again.

... Garcia: "... skills to skills, he’s one hell of a fighter. He can box, he can ****, he has speed and power. He’s one hell of a fighter. You can’t deny that. I’ve been a little more consistent with that and maybe that’s why they picked me over him."

... my guess is that Mikey doesn't hold the same fire power as Maidana or Porter...

Judah also starts and fades a lot quicker than Broner.

I agree Garcia doesn't have the same fire power as Maidana or Porter but he has better timing and is more accurate. That's one of the reason I give him the edge in this fight.

... Broner also holds good timing and accuracy... and he's naturally bigger... well, I don't know...
