There really isn't a blueprint though. Brook was stopped in 4 and Jacobs, while competitive, still lost.

GGG is undefeated so there is no blueprint just like there is no blueprint on Ward and Maywerather. Jacobs and Brook both lost. Losing to GGG is no disgrace and if Canelo loses it doesn't make him garbage.

brook found that out in round 1 and in round 2 he tried to stand his ground in the middle of the ring, and had success in doing so... but ggg knocked brook down in round 3 and it got incorrectly ruled as a slip and he made brook retreat after that, eventually forcing the towel to come in round 5

if he moves tries jacobs gameplan hes just playing into ggg hands since he doesnt have the athleticism, reach and movement to execute it effectively.

i would tell canelo to use his combos body and head, in the pocket use his handspeed advantage and smother ggg and use his superior inside fighting. dont let ggg get leverage on his shots and walk forward at him
Brook did have some success in hitting Golovkin while in the middle of the ring until Golovkin got pissed and broke his orbital bone. And as you say if Canelo tries to move he doesn't have the athleticism and if "he can't afford to get stuck on the ropes" where is Canelo going to go? Golovkin doesn't just sit back. He will come to Canelo and cut off the ring. Just sayin.

Getting koed and your eye socket broken and then losing on all cards by more than multiple points is far from a blueprint.

Canelo won't be the same after this fight.

It's not about knowing how to beat him [btw - neither guy actually beat him]. It's about not being able to grow 5 inches taller, add several inches of reach, becoming much more athletic, or suddenly learning how to box on the outside and move well laterally.

This is one of the worst boxing analyses ever. :/

Tyson Fury put out the blueprint on how to beat Wlad. Did you see Joshua try to morph into an ultra mobile boxer, or grow 5 inches in height?

What is the blueprint? Jacobs never won the fight but yes, even if Jacobs showed Golovkin's weaknesses, it doesn't mean much. Canelo fights nothing like Jacobs.

Canelo's style is better for Golovkin than Jacobs was.
