If you were a boxer and had no real ko power

Why in the hell would you go try to go **** with another fighter?? Would you not fight according to what is to your advantage? If you have real ko power would you not be more aggressive?

I dont get why fans try to say so and so runs or moves to much when it is clear they are not concussive punchers. Does that make any sense?? Honestly?? Do we fight to win or to trade shots and see who gets stopped first???

Fighters can fight any way they like, it's on the opponent to stop them from doing it. I don't understand "fans" that want every fighter to fight how they want. If the fighter you're supporting can't stop the other guy from doing his thing, then he's simply not good enough.

You have to be a macho man at all times. I respect a boxer who is willing to die in a ring even if he has 200 losses. It's all about being a man and a warrior.

Agreed. However I would say when it comes to boxers like Algieri and Lara they could be much more effective if they fought more offensively. Maybe not so much Lara since he seems to have mastered that type of defensive style but def Algieri. I'm sure it just comes with the lack of experience but Algieri literally had no competitive shot the way he fought Pac. He took to many liberties with his excess movement. Maybe easier said than done though given how that turned out with Vargas.

I used to really like Paulie. He was a hard nosed competitor and utilized his max punch output whilst taking some shots in route to fighting at the best of his ability. He never got discouraged against heavy hitters like Cotto and Hatton who really hit him with some serious blows. He had a winning mentality and found success in rounds where other weak punchers will never find with their overly anxious survival tactics. He physically doesn't really have a great chin as far as his build but his grit and heart ****** up those heavy smothering blows by the likes of Hatton. Porter pole axeing him early pretty much proved my doubt at his lacking in durability. But the silver lining is having a good chin comes with toughness of grit and determination. Ortiz to me had a naturally great chin and durability but all that didn't matter because he doesn't have the grit to anticipate serious blows to the cranium that will inevitably come

Why do you let these little trolls get you worked up so hard for?

You see one diss and you make thread after thread going after them. Nothing will ever change.

Pretty much this. I mean I'm no Floyd fan but anybody who knows boxing and is not a hater knows Floyd is great.

                    Larry is an emotional guy.
