I was gonna come in here and say what a terrible defense this would be, but 122 lbs is so awful, that a fringe contender like Juarez is one of the better options. God awful division

I never said he was a joke, he's a fringe contender in a weak weight class. Pagara was an unproven prospect that got found out when he stepped up. Donaire kicked his ass, I watched that fight. Claim what you want, but after Rigo and Magdaleno(who is pretty unproven himself other than beating an old Donaire) the division sucks. Maybe the worst in boxing.

Valdez was not proven and look what he is now, the same berchelt was not proven.

Pagará was a real prospect of Filipinas, and he was doing a good fight till Juarez landed a bomb.
