"My Grankids is running it"
Who gives a fk how much money he's made, seriously. Money is good, its nice, it provides comfort but sounding like a f'ing idiot that doesn't know the difference between "IS" and "ARE" makes you the poorest person of all. I respect this man as an athlete/entertainer but any mofo up here talking about "it's ok, he made a ton of money" should be downright ashamed of themselves and in all likelihood has a pretty low I.Q. themselves. Could he hire someone to teach him these things? Absolutely, he clearly hasn't. You see intelligent poor people when they make a few dollars start that journey, diction classes, and so forth. The fact Floyd has been a millionaire for 20 years now and hasn't bothered to do any of that does not give anyone an idea that he actually will get around to it now at 40.

Maybe if he knew how to read he wouldn't have IRS problems. Made $800M but needs an extension to pay $22M?

Juan Manuel Marques another that man has a Accounting Degree!
Recently Joshua Buatsi just finished up his degree before turning pro!
So every Path is different, what worked for Mayweather won't work for everybody so no his way is not the blue print and no not everybody should drop out of high school to pursue their dream!Last edited by sicko; 07-22-2017, 03:12 PM.

Mayweather’s business model closely resembles that of major music artists or groups. They pay a promoter a flat fee to handle the marketing and promotion of the concert and then basically rent the building, taking in all the money from ticket sales, concession and merchandising. Mayweather’s model may be closely associated with musical acts because Haymon made his fortune in the music promotions business before getting involved in the boxing industry. No other athlete controls all aspects of the revenue linked to an event like Mayweather does.
“You think LeBron James is getting a cent from the hot dogs that are being sold at concession stands in the arena?’’ asked one boxing industry insider.

He gets all the gate, 50% of the PPV, and yes, he even gets the concessions (t-shirts, hot dogs, etc.) money! His business model is on the level not achieved by any other athlete in the world! Love 'em or hate 'em, education or not, the man is the most brilliant fighter ever!
You broke it down perfectly why Floyd makes so much more than all the other fighters and how he did it. Yet all these idiots still think he's going to go broke, even though he's worth $500 million and has about 10 companies outside of his boxing income. It's clear they either can't comprehend simple information or are just trolling because they have nothing better to do. You don't become the highest paid athlete in the world unless you're a genius and you can't compare him to other boxers who had no Plan B. Plus Tyson, De La Hoya etc abused drugs after boxing.
I'll send you some Green K when I can. Great post.

One of them being always reminding people of how much money he's made and has.
