Just like hatton also. During the build of Pacquiao vs HAtton Floyd fans were claiming that Hatton will flatten Pacquiao on how that Pacquiao finalyl fights a Prime Light Welterweight and that will enchance how Floyd beat Hatton. Then After How Pacquiao put Hatton into a coma, Floyd fans then claim that hatton was already shot at 30 years old with a record of 45-1. and then accuses Pacquiao of peds.Comment

Even Ricky Hatton is on record saying the version of himself that Manny beat was a shell. Floyd beat the best Hatton possible, and in (my opinion) much more embarrassing fashion because of how hard he trained vs. how he trained for Manny.
Pacquiao only "won" to those who only care about punch stats. Even CompuBox said STOP, don't do that. It's not the only criteria.
To those who know how to properly score a fight, including 6 of 8 independent judges, Jeff "The Hornet" Horn beat Manny Pacquiao fair and square 7 rounds to 5.
That's NOT a robbery, it was a close fight because the rest of us were paying closer attention to how Horn was bullying the hell out of PacMan over 12, and keeping him after school to write standards on the board "I will not disrespect underdogs" 100 times.Comment

Hatton fight night was 152-5 beating KT and was 153 against Floyd. What you had with Floyd vs Hatton was 140 guys fighting at 147.
When Ricky had his only true WW fight it was against Collazo where he weighed 159 on the night and said he felt sluggish and flat and that he would never fight that heavy again, he never did, there are interviews where Hattons trainer is saying how small Floyd is and that's why they were happy with 147 because he could fight at his best fight night weight, and as his trainer said if they lose they still held the 140 title. Floyd and Hatton could have fought from 140-154 and they would be about 152 fight night, they just dry out a little or what they normally do to make their perfect fight weight.
Go through history and look at fight night weights of JWWs and they come in around 150-154, full size WWs will come in around 160-165.
If you understood boxing from the inside you would know this stuff but youre a fan that has never competed so you think the weight 30 hrs before a fight has more meaning that the weight they actually fight at.
If a fighter never had the 30hr leeway that allows them to cross over many divisions you would never have seen the likes of Floyd and Manny in the 130 class they would have been JWWs back then,Comment

Bottom lines, a rematch will sell or if on ESPN it'll do good ratings one again and prob even better then the first.
Pacquiao fights a NO NAME, he gets robbed, viewers feel like he was robbed, we all give Pac sympathy once again cause its the good guy Pacman. Arum makes more money off a rematch on a fight that we all never really cared for to begin with..
It was already planned to happened.. The fans were just all fooled once again.Comment
