i get that dana is trying to sell the fight and maybe he even somewhat believes what hes saying but do people really still believe the narrative that floyd struggles against southpaws? ive been hearing that **** for years and I never honestly agreed with it. the age thing is legit tho I dont think it will make a difference theres no doubt floyd was not near the same fighter his last few fights and hes had a long layoff since.

maybe im being naive myself but floyd has had somewhat of trouble with right and left handed fighters and I just dont and never did buy the narrative that hes worse against south paws. I think it was nothing but a false narrative pushed to sell ppvs against guys like pac, guerrero, ortiz, and now mcgregor. I think it was nothing more then a narrative created by people who wanted to believe mayweather was scared of pac and pac would beat him etc and people started to believe mayweather was scared of southpaws
