If Floyd did use, IMO he did so for the same reason Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens likely used-they watched peers that were far less talented than them go from average to great and get accolades unfairly. Despite the money and fame, it must be hard for world class HOF level athletes like them to watch guys suddenly get better so quickly while they had to work their whole lives to get there.

I can completely understand how angry it must make them and others when they see guys like Manny, Sammy or McGwire be given the benefit of the doubt when everything points to them using PED's when Clemens, Bonds and Floyd had to work hard and practice often and make sacrifices to be great.

I wish guys like Floyd, Bonds, Clemens and others were able to set aside this anger and not use but when they see inferior athletes like Sosa, Manny and McGwire making so much money and not paying any penalty for their actions, its hard to resist the temptation.

I can forgive guys like Floyd, Bonds, Clemens because they were HOFers long before any accusations of possible PED use. The other guys should never be allowed anywhere near the HOF because its highly likely they wouldn't be there without doing what all the evidence points to what they did.
