AJ Frank Bruno mark II and his super duper muscles makes him a lumbering robot who would have been dismantled by the likes of Holyfield, Bowe and Lewis, but beggars can't be choosers so lets get behind him till a bona fide HW shows up.

It could do. Stronger legs are really useful to have, especially if they get buckled by a big shot or when getting up after a knockdown. That is surely common sense, for all those saying it doesn't make a difference.

A bigger deal is the gap in skills & chin. Not saying Joshua has Ali skills or a Chuvalo chin, but they look markedly better than Wilder's.

        Joshua has no chin.

Just look at this gif.. look at how his feet fly in the air and swing around. That’s amateur level stuff.. in fact even amateurs have sturdier planted legs.

Damn ,good catch ....even worse hes taller than everyone and still leaves his feet in odd bad offensive angles punching down ! One foot should at least be planted before any contact happens inat least 2 instances here . Wilder gets away with it against non relevant fighters who realstically are not top 20 guys for the most part.

Wilder showed good movement in one fight and thats against stiverne. Since then he is clumsy af and loses balance anytime someone touches him with any punch. I dont know why some people keep saying hes so athletic and **** hes looking very clumsy to me lately.

I agree.. Wilder looked good against Stiverne, it was his best performance in the ring and I was actually pretty impressed by him.

Fighters usually keep getting better and better but I sware you cant even make this up.. Wilder has looked worse and worse with each fight after beating Stiverne even though his opposition has been getting worse too.

100% look at him towards the end of that combo, he’s literally falling over and losing balance from throwing those punches. This is the HW champ!! That’s embarrassing he can’t even throw punches without losing balance yet you have people saying he has good leg movement??? Like seriously WTF.

He has the worst technique and style of any current champ.. His style is rubbish and amateurish but against these lower class opponents it works.. He’s unorthodox and it catches them off guard but the moment he steps up opposition a lot will be exposed about him.

Well hes " A "HW champion ,not "THE " HW champion and certainly not the best fighter ,hes ONE of the best bc most top guys right now are not even 25 fights in . I could drink for a few hours and display better punching skills which i already have awhile back .... The real funny part it was the Wilder fans who criticised the vid which tells me they must be REALLY drunk watching him who they claim is more skilled than Joshua ?

I like what Wilder said regarding "experience" in that video. Lots of these older fighters say they have all this experience but basically they haven't learned much, if anything in recent years if they're not fighting hard fights. Age doesn't equal experience if you are actively seeking to CHANGE, IMPROVE and MODIFY your approach. Wilder isn't very eloquent or good with words but he knew what he was talking about there.

And yeah, I agree with him about not having to use running as a training method. There are better ways for a boxer to train for stamina. He can do twelve 5 minute rounds of hard sparring with lots of punches and foot movement for example. There's a thousand other ways to modify it so that it would be more effective than running 12 miles, 5 days a week. Heavy running could be very detrimental to the joints and it can have a catabolic effect on muscles. A heavyweight especially doesn't need that extra wear and tear on his joints...he's already lugging around 215 plus pounds on his frame.
