Ok boss, let me just throw some numbers at you. A 5 minute mile is a decent time for a highschool track runner, which canelo is not. In cross country, you are considered state, if not national level,if you can run 3 miles in 15 minutes. There's no way that canelo is running 6 5-minute miles back to back. Let's be fair to the guy and say that he runs 8 minute miles, and he's running about 3.5 miles a day.

If he's doing sprints, he shouldn't being doing it for longer than 20-30 minutes. You can either work hard or work long, but you can't do both. If he's doing high intensity (which boxers should), then 30 minutes is more than enough time.Comment

I doubt he's even running that far. He would be leaner if he was running 3.5 miles a day. Unless he's taking in a lot of calories. He's probably going at a slow pace to maintain muscle mass. Anyone can see cardio is not a priority for Canelo.Ok boss, let me just throw some numbers at you. A 5 minute mile is a decent time for a highschool track runner, which canelo is not.
