    Ok boss,let me just throw some numbers at you. A 5 minute mile is a decent time for a highschool track runner,which canelo is not. In cross country,you are considered state, if not national level,if you can run 3 miles in 15 minutes. There's no way that canelo is running 6 5-minute miles back to back. Let's be fair to the guy and say that he runs 8 minute miles,and he's running about 3.5 miles a day.

            If he's doing sprints, he shouldn't being doing it for longer than 20-30 minutes. You can either work hard or work long, but you can't do both. If he's doing high intensity (which boxers should), then 30 minutes is more than enough time.

              Name me a single fighter from last 15 yrs who didn't fight ANY catchweights,let alone who also fought the best fighters from multiple divisions.... Ill wait 4 this list of legends.

                      I doubt he's even running that far. He would be leaner if he was running 3.5 miles a day. Unless he's taking in a lot of calories. He's probably going at a slow pace to maintain muscle mass. Anyone can see cardio is not a priority for Canelo.
