Chico is a decent boxer, but he doesn't have the will, toughness, or skill to keep Castillo off of him for long enough to win the decision. Castillo proved in the second fight that he has Corrales' timing down better than he did in the first fight. He stepped in and out smartly and avoided a lot of Chico's shorts.

Castillo's boxing skills are underrated. When Chico steps back to box, Castillo was able to stick with him and even outjab him most of the time.

I still feel castillo is gonna win, the 1st fight was all because of castillo why corales won, had castillo not gotten too carried away with going for the knock out, the fight my have gone the distance and the w would have been castillos, if not the next round corales would have been KO

Actually I think Corrales looked more sharper in the second fight. I honestly believe that it was the power of Castillo and not so much him timing up Corrales better that won it for Castillo. If you look at the first fight Castillo appeared to land as strong if not stronger punches on Corrales for 10 ROUNDS WIHTOUT a KD and then in the second he demonlishes him in 4

If Castillo makes weight Corrales is the sharper puncher and the bigger puncher. Castillo is a big puncher himself and has a granite chin but he doesn't have Corrales power or speed.

Corrales looked pretty average in the second fight. You should rewatch it. He would let his hands go and Castillo would duck, pull back, weave, and always keep aware of Corrales' power.

Castillo's power won it in the end, but it was set up by Castillo being the smarter boxer and having Corrales' timing down.

The reason for Castillo winning the 2nd fight is the same reason he will win the 3rd fight. He took less damage then Corrales did in the 1st fight. Chico will never be the same boxer as a result of that first beating, and this is not the first time Castillo has had this affect on a fighter: see Lazcano.

I did not want to see this 3rd fight. To me it is a foregone conclusion, simply because Castillo has already shown to be the smarter fighte who is able to make Corrales fight HIS fight.

I see and understand your point but just dont believe that if Castillo makes weight he has the 1 punch power he showed in fight 2. Castillo has never been a big power guy but more in the mold of Morales or Chavez in that he grinds down opponents.

I must also admit that I've followed Corrales for quite a bit and I am a big fan of his and my admit that my judgement might be clouded in this particular fight but hey thats what makes me a fan.

I got some real money on this fight too so should be really sweet if he actaully wins.

Yes, I wouldn't promise a one-punch KO from Castillo either but he can still stop Corrales with a accumulation of punches. This fight is like Jones-Tarver III somewhat. Corrales still has the speed advantage, but he is physically not the same fighter he was.

Are we on for our 1 million bet?

I am getting excited about this all over again.I have been kind of just assuming Castillo will win.Thinking about it more and readin these intereviews and **** makes you remember their 1st fight.Anything could happen in this fight but if Corrales does what he should have done the first 2 fights and uses his height and keeps his distance he could win this fight. With all that said I still think Castillo will pull it out....I doubt Corrales will be able to resist getting in there and ****ing whether it be sooner or later.
