They can't let it marinate too long. Spence is having trouble trying to make 147 as it is. By the time it's marinated Spence will be natural at 154.

I agree and thats why Idk why people are complaining about Crawford becoming the undisputed JWW champ, it brings name and legacy up to 147. If Spence can get 3 of the 4 titles and Crawford gets the WBO at 147 (which Id favor him over Horn) itd be a big fight for boxing supremacy. Skills pay the bills and Id have Crawford by 12th rd stoppage.

I don't want it to marinate too long but for it to be a ppv caliber fight, I think Spence should get rid of Thurman and once Crawford unifies at 140, he should take on 1 credible welter before Spence. That shouldn't take more than a year or so.

They were prospects when they were in the division 'a long time', how long they stay in the same division after they became champions?

          See my point?

No I don't see a point. We had a bunch of guys who ain't wanna fight at 154 already. Why is this any different with Spence there?

There are 4 titles & its nearly impossible to unify all them even if you wanna. I mean how many guys have unified all 4 belts & held them for 12 months+ without getting stripped or vacating one or something in the last decade? Klitschko. Is that it?

I don't see there being an issue with Spence & Charlo both being at 154.

What an amazing fight that would be but I doubt it happens anytime soon. Both guys are the best in their current divisions IMO and I think both of their promoters want the public to truly realize how great both of them are before rushing a fight like this.

The only thing that might give it a chance of happeneing relatively soon is that Spence is big at 147 and probably will have to move up in the next few years and Crawford hopefully only has this last fight at 140 with Indongo before moving up to 147.

Dream fight for us fans but I got a feeling we will be waiting a while for this one.

So you're admitting that there are guys who don't wana fight each other already, and you wana add Spence to that division, who is guaranteed not to wana fight one of the champions.

Where is the sense in that?

It definitely seemed like Lara & the Charlo's had no interest to fight to me. And they may or may not have said that openly (idr nor care as I'm a mfer who was saying the Klitschko's should fight each other, not even bsing lol, but am accepting enough of sh^t I see as kinda silly like that in a sport cuz ultimately its there choice).

But all I'm saying is I don't believe Spence isn't going to move up to 154 over that sorta situation. And I believe Spence has stated that he's not no friends when it comes to boxing so it remains to be seen if he's legit unwilling to fight teammates & I got no stance that he will or won't yet.

It would be foolish not to fight the winner of Broner vs Garcia. The fight would add a lot to his wallet and mainstream popularity.
