Offense a bit repetitive? Like, his commitment on the counter, pivot to the side, right hook to the head or body, combo rinse and repeat. He does it all the time against lesser opponents (Yes, Walters, Russel, Sosa, MArtinez are lesser opponents, not in the stratosphere of chenko's ability.) He's unpredictable on his movements and his footwork but he's approach is a bit repetitive.
and gets away with it always. I feel like Grade A counter punchers could exploit the patterns of Lomachenko's approach, start feinting to counter Loma's counter and time him then catch him. He's open for the left hook when he does pivot (But not when the opponent cover's up instead of slipping chenko's counter and set up the left hand) on the opponents side, but his opponents never tried and had the chance to counter since they were always out of position.
Grade A feinters could possibly offset Lomachenko's counter and offense and turn it around on him.
Thoughts?
